Extension problem reports
When you voluntarily submit a browser-extension problem report, troubleshooting context may include the listing title, item ID, listing URL, parsed title, and error information. We do not continuously collect ordinary browsing URLs.
Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We also preserve aggregated, de-identified statistics.
If you delete your account, access is disabled immediately. We retain a limited deletion record for 90 days for billing and transaction reconciliation, fraud prevention, legal/compliance needs, and operational auditing. After that period, the remaining account record is permanently deleted.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, least-privilege access, and continuous monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
